The Regional Development Funds of North Aegean Region (RDFNA) is a Public Body governed by Private Law, founded in May 1998.  It is overseen by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and is managed by a 9 Members Board of Directors appointed by Mr Konstantinos Moutzouris, President of Board of Directors & Governor of North Aegean Region, who is also the Legal Representative of RDFNA. Our entiy is based in Mytilene, Lesvos island.

Regional Development Funds are now incorporated into the "Entities of the General Government," thus adopting public accounting practices and centralizing their financial data, while simultaneously complying with the "Commitments Registry."

• The “R.D.F of NA Region” is the Paying Authority for the most of Public Works integrated within the budget of the Program of Public Investments for the North Aegean Region.
• Planning, participation, management and implementation of European Projects for /or on behalf of North Aegean Region
• Planning, participation, management and implementation of Projects within the framework of  the National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) 2007-2013
• Providing technical and scientific assistance to the North Aegean Region
